der Yoni hat mich damals wirklich schwer verärgert. Nach einem heftigen Meinungsaustausch haben wir und dann aber friedlich geeinigt.

Die Verkaufsofferten sind in diesem Fall also unkritisch (nur unglücklich unvollständig in seinem Text wiedergegeben). Der Yoni hat meine Erlaubnis meine Modelle "in Lizenz" zu verkaufen.
10% des Verkaufspreises gehen verabredungsgemäß in Charity Projekte seiner Wahl. Er hat mir gerade letzte Woche einen Scan einer 50$ Spende zugeschickt

Ich habe ihn inzwischen gebeten, das deutlich zu machen. Bisher war er nur im eBay (US und Israel) unterwegs.

This is as agreed ok for me (the offering and the fact that you sell models after mine), but there are two issues right now.
- I received a couple of mails from friend who pointed out, that someone stole my design and tries to makes profit from that.
- Your gallery may encourage others to sell piracy copy models without the owner's permission.

So please:

1) mention that this model is copyright protected
2) add a line that mentiones, that you have explicit permission of the
original copyright holder to sell copies.
3) mention the deal, that 10% of sales sum will be donated to a charity
organization.

In this case people should not feel upset with you ore me.
