For the first time: Farmers’ Market for Everybody

The first Farmers’ Market of Steintal will take place from Nov. 11th until Nov. 09th in front of the town hall.
Everybody having time and feeling like participating is invited to sell their goods between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm.

You are invited to build a sales booth for our Farmers’ Market!

Fair in Cologne: Nov. 06th – Nov. 09th 2008“Steintal” = our town
“Farmers’ Market” = the event taking place in front of the town hall
“Sales” = from 10.00 am until 6.00 pm

Market Rules:

• The setup will take place on Nov. 05th 2008.
• The booth area will be assigned by the town.
• Every vendor has an available base area of 8 x 16 studs.
• The base area must NOT be exceeded.
• The front side must be clearly distinguishable.
• The booth must be demonstrable on all four sides.
• The setup of pavilons etc. is permitted.
• The base area must not be exceeded height of 16 studs.
• The base plate must be in old light gray!!!
• The sales personnel must be located on the base plate.
• No open space needs to be kept in front of the booth.
• An audience (pathways) will be provided by the host.
• The sale of living goods requires a permit. :blink:
• Cars cannot be parked on the market place!
• Please clean up your booth area after the market is over.
• The town Steintal excludes any liability!
• Please refrain from throwing coins into the well!
