Technic promo set from Kerpen Toy Fair?

This question was emailed to Peeron. Does anyone here know which set he is looking for?

"Looking for inventory / instructions of a promotional Lego TECHNIC set, all red bricks on a red plate, depicting a one cylinder engine. Was given to my sis and me during a toy fare in our hometown, Kerpen, Germany. I discarded the instructions ages ago, as they were heavily worn, before even thinking of rebuilding the set. Set number unknown."

Thanks,
Clark
